The City Federation of Women’s Organizations awarded on December 4 grants to 18 projects working to improve the lives of women and girls in Tompkins County. A total of more than $50,000 in Women Building Community Grants will fund initiatives touching on everything from preventative healthcare to home repairs to leadership development.
